NoodleRun auto-scrolls rightward with increasing speed. The noodle character uses trailing segment physics for a wiggly visual effect. SPACE or tap makes the noodle jump. Fork and spike obstacles cost 1 noodle on contact with 75 frames of protection. Tomato sauce pickups award 80 bonus distance points. Cheese pickups restore 1 noodle. Speed increases continuously with distance.
